Evangelist Sherri D. Motes Jones is an ordained minister of the Gospel with more than two decades of ministry leadership and a multifaceted career spanning music, media, publishing, entrepreneurship, and strategic leadership.
Drawing from a strong evangelistic and pastoral heritage, Sherri is known for her authenticity, resilience, creative vision, and ability to turn adversity into purpose and influence. Her work uniquely bridges ministry and the marketplace, equipping people to lead with intention, communicate with impact, and build from their experience.
A published author, speaker, songwriter, recording artist, media personality, strategist, and entrepreneur, Sherri has founded several ventures, including Business Over Coffee International, iShare Agency, Come Into Your Own, Professional Boost, and Together Strong. She is Co-Founder of Motes Jones & Company, alongside her husband and business partner, Jamon Jones.
Sherri and Jamon also founded MERGE, where she serves as Senior Editor, providing editorial leadership and creative direction across content, storytelling, and platform development. MERGE reflects their shared vision to connect ministry, media, music, business, and creativity in ways that create meaningful influence.
Her ministry leadership includes eight years as Senior Co-Pastor in Bradenton, Florida, as well as extensive service in music ministry. A prolific songwriter, Sherri has written more than 500 songs and recorded more than 100 original compositions, collaborating with notable Gospel artists and producers throughout her career.
She studied music and ministry under renowned songwriter and educator Lanny Wolfe at Jackson College of Ministries in 1987.
Today, Sherri continues to lead as a minister, creative strategist, editor, entrepreneur, and communicator, using her experience across multiple industries to help people and organizations connect their purpose with their influence and create work that matters.
